Marina Biotech currently has six early collaborations, five with major pharmaceutical companies focused on the broad capabilities of Marina Biotech's drug discovery engine for RNAi therapeutics; and the sixth with a RNA-based therapeutics company focused on microRNA (miRNA)-directed oncology therapies.
Two of the six collaborations have been disclosed:
- AstraZeneca Investment China Company, Ltd. - relationship focused on Marina Biotech's DiLA2 delivery technology and UsiRNA constructs for systemic delivery in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)
- Pfizer - relationship focused on the evaluation of Marina Biotech's DiLA2 delivery technology and UsiRNA constructs for RNAi therapeutics
